Market Terminal AI is run by DTR Networks. This notice explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Your e-mail address, and your answer to "How would you use it?" if you give one, when you join the waitlist.
Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, used by our hosting provider to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell any data.

How we use it

To tell you when the service opens and to give you the free notes promised to waitlist members.
To understand who the service is for, using the optional answer about how you'd use it.

We won't send you marketing beyond that unless you ask for it, and every e-mail we send has a way to opt out.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Waitlist sign-ups are received by our form provider (Formspree) and stored in our account there. Both process data for us under their own security and privacy terms and don't use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until the service launches and for as long as you remain a user or subscriber. If you never sign up after launch, we delete waitlist entries within 12 months of launch.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to remove you from the waitlist: e-mail hello@marketterminalai.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
